Alice Grønhøj is an associate professor at the Department of Management, Aarhus University, Denmark and connected to the MAPP Centre for Research on Value Creation in the Food Sector for Consumers, Industry and Society. Her research field is consumer behaviour, particularly related to young people, senior citizens and the family as consumers. Her work focuses on sustainability and health, often using mixed methods approaches.
