PhD in industrial engineering specialising in renewable energies, energy efficiency and innovation. He has carried out numerous energy audits and managed the implementation of efficiency and renewable energy projects. He has spent a large part of his professional career as director of the Innovation Management Unit at Tekniker, a Technology Centre in the Basque Country that is part of the IK4 Alliance. Tutor for the Master’s Degree in R&D&I Management and regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
