Belén Martínez obtained a MSc degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of Bilbao, Spain. She has been working at TECNALIA since 2000, being a senior researcher in the Industry and Mobility unit. She is specialised in the development of innovation projects for the interoperability of distributed systems and the management of fleets of heterogeneous unmanned vehicles.
