I’ve been working at Eroski’s fish monger since 2000 and nowadays as fresh fish commercial head at Eroski, I’m in charge of a fish buyers team for all fresh fish (bulk and MAP), chilled products. I also do category management and coordinate everything related with all other departments (logistics, selling points, quality dpt., marketing, communication, etc.).
Member of AECOC (GS1) committee for seafood products.
