Jorge Pérez-Bouzada has spent most of his professional career linked, directly or indirectly, to the food industry, with a special relationship with the aquaculture, fishing and seafood processing sectors. He holds a degree in Veterinary Science with a specialisation in Animal Production from the University of Las Palmas, and completed his academic training with an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Reading (UK).
