Joseph Gridley is the Director of Soil Association Exchange – a new service to help all UK farmers get paid for farming sustainably. Previously, Joseph led EIT Food’s work with start-ups building a better food system in Southern Europe and on regenerative agriculture. Before that, Joseph worked as a chef and at various NGOs. He also set up a new charitable foundation to make impact investments in businesses and charities tackling food security and food poverty.
