Luke Saldanha, co-founder of Pink Albatross Ice Cream currently oversees Product, Marketing, & Communication efforts in the startup. Prior to this, he worked in the financial sector (Citibank) in London and New York and in FMCG companies such as L’Oréal & Kimberly-Clark.
