PhD in Chemistry. She is currently director of the Food & Health Area of the Tecnalia Research & Innovation Foundation. Head of project group with more than 30 years’ experience in developing and direction of R&D projects. Her research expertise is focused on obtaining bioactive compounds by physical-chemical technologies and their stabilization and delivery by micro and nanoencapsulation technologies. Result of her research activity she has more than 40 international papers.
