Professor William Chen is the Michael Fam Endowed Professor and Director of Food Science & Technology Program with Nanyang Technological University Singapore (NTU).
Prof. Chen’s food tech innovations and opinions on food security have been drawing global attention with features in mainstream international media including AFP, BBC, CNBC, CNN, Reuters and WEF among others. Professor Chen is advisor/consultant to government agencies, WHO, ADB, GFI APAC, food industry, and overseas universities.
