Zizi is the chef / owner at restaurants Kle and Dar in Zurich. A trained engineer before her culinary career began, she’s on a mission to unlock the potential of functional foods and inspire people to think differently about what they eat. Her work revolves around innovating and developing new techniques to elevate plant-based cuisine while educating people on how food impacts the body and environment. She believes a plant-based diet is the best way to improve the health of people & planet.
