The evolution of prices is the greatest determinant of the evolution of the agri-food sector in the short term after the start of the war in Ukraine: (a) Increased cost of energy, fertilizers and feed, already carried over from 2021; (b) High dependency on imports of cereals and sunflower oil from Ukraine and fertilizers from Russia; (c) Rise in transport costs in exports
