Companies in primary production, industry, distribution and catering are driving innovative projects to prevent food losses and waste. Three emblematic companies of Catalonia will present their initiatives. They will also discuss about the Catalan Law 3/2020 on Food Loss and Wastage Prevention and other tools that the Catalan administration has launched to boost the circular economy in the food sector.
