Towards Sustainability Without Harming Food Safety
The latest European Strategies, such as the Green Deal and the Farm to Fork Strategy, focus on achieving a more environmentally friendly food system. However, despite promoting food sustainability, it is essential not to harm the food safety that we have reached with the work and effort of many years. This session will analyse different actions implemented to achieve food sustainability that may lead to a loss of food safety, as well as strategies to address them will be discussed.
