Amaia De Ariño

PhD in food science and technology, she has been working at Elika, the Basque Foundation for Agrofood Safety, since 2001, where she is currently the technical director.
She works mainly providing expert advice to the Basque administration, the food sector and the public in order to achieve safer, healthier and more sustainable food.
