Doctor in Biological Sciences, Diploma in Agri-Food Business Management from the San Telmo Foundation, with extensive professional experience in Agricultural and Food Research and very specifically in the field of potatoes. Since 2014 she has been Director of R&D&i in Udapa and Paturpat, highlighting her role in the development of the product and implementation of the PATURPAT S. Coop project, whose activity is based on the production of pasteurized potatoes.
