Clara Talens, Agricultural Engineer, PhD in Food Science and Technology (UPV, Valencia). For > 10 years she has managed research and innovation projects in the fields of upcycled ingredients, drying technologies, alternative proteins, and consumer-oriented product development, from formulation to industrial process design and scale-up, with a clear focus on sustainable nutrition. She is the co-author of several scientific articles and contributions as a speaker in international conferences.
