Is the CEO and co-founder of BREAD FREE, the first company in the world able to manufacture wheat, barley and rye flour suitable for Celiacs. He holds a degree in Biotechnology from the Technical University of Madrid and a Master’s degree from the Carlos III University in Health Information Engineering. He is currently completing a PhD in Personalized Medicine with the Technical University of Madrid.
