David García Yoldi, PhD in microbiology from the University of Navarra, founded LEV2050 in 2010. Since then, the company has specialised in the development of microorganisms that facilitate the optimisation of different production processes of companies in the agri-food sector. In addition to having an R&D team specialised in microbiology, the company focuses on the design and manufacture of patented bioreactors and culture media.
