Guillaume Dancoisne

As the EMEA Business Development Manager at bioMérieux, Guillaume is working closely with the R&D department to build new tools, new approach, to help the Food Industry to move from results to better risk management through insights, and from risk detection to anticipation & prevention.
Guillaume has an engineer degree in Microbiology and Quality from ESIAB, an internal school of the Université de Bretagne Occidentale. He also obtained in 2024 a Master in Business Administration from IAE Brest.
