Ibrahim Sani Ozdemir

Ibrahim Sani Ozdemir is a food engineer with over 20 years of experience in food technology and innovation. He leads the Food Technology Research Group at TÜBİTAK MRC and coordinates TÜGİP, Türkiye’s national food innovation platform, fostering industry collaboration and driving new product development. He holds a Food Engineering degree from METU and a PhD from Avignon University, with research experience at INRAE and Bonduelle SA.
