Ines Sagrario

Inés is co-founder and CEO of Ekonoke, a knowledge-based startup working on ensuring sustainable production of crops with high climate risk, particularly hops. After her successful experience consulting in sustainable economic development, she founded the startup in order to address how to produce better food with a lower environmental impact and greater climate resiliency.
