Jaime Martin is a recognized expert in strategy, foresight and innovation for the food and beverage industry. He has advised both leading multinationals and foodtech startups, and has been a keynote speaker at industry events. Some of his clients at Lantern include McDonald’s (USA), Danish Crown (Denmark) or Nestlé, Osborne and Sigma-Campofrio (Spain).
Jaime holds a BA in Economics and Finance from Saint Louis University (MO) and an MBA from UCLA – Anderson School of Management.
