John Holah
John set up Pendennis Food Hygiene Ltd. in 2023 to provide consultancy in food safety, pathogen control and hygienic design. John was Principal Corporate Scientist for the Kersia Group since 2020 and remains active with Kersia as the Director of the Pioneering Safe Food Scientific Committee. Previously, John was Technical Director at Holchem Laboratories Ltd since 2014 and Head of Food Hygiene at Campden BRI, for 20 years. John is also an Honorary Prof. in Food Safety at Cardiff Met. Uni.
