Graduate in Biological Sciences from the UPV, Master in Food Biotechnology (Strachclyde University), Executive MBA (ESEUNE) and in Food Business Management (San Telmo International Institute). Jon Ander has solid experience as a researcher, entrepreneur and as a consolidated manager in different companies such as Ikertek Diagnostics, Azti Fundazioa, the Lekunberri Lactological Institute and the BASQUE FOOD CLUSTER, which he has directed for fifteen years.
