Jose Antonio started his career as an assistant professor at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He also served as Manager at Accenture and as a Principal in DiamondCluster International. He joined San Telmo in 2003, where he teaches Business Strategy in the Food Chain and leads the national and international development of the FOODepartment.
