Kai Knoerzer
Dr Kai Knoerzer holds a Bachelor, Masters and PhD degree in Chemical and Food Process Engineering from KIT, Germany. He is a Principal Research Scientist and Science Strategist at CSIRO, specialising in innovative food technologies including high pressure thermal processing. He has authored 100+ papers and holds 7 patents. Kai leads CSIRO’s Food Program AI strategy and has received international recognition for his contributions to food science.
