Chemical Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Contamination and Toxicology. Researcher in the department of Efficient and Sustainable Food Chain at AZTI. She performs Environmental Footprints of food products through Life Cycle Analysis and Product Environmental Footprint methodologies in order to eco-design new products and/or minimize the environmental impact of the food value chain. In addition, it has developed ENVIRODIGITAL, a multi-criteria and customized software tool.
