An engineer with a background spanning technology and business management, she spent six years working in innovation and entrepreneurship at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Together with Daniel Prades, a top-notch researcher at the University of Barcelona, she founded ColorSensing. Their aim is to combat food waste by transferring knowledge from public research to the market and society.
