Degree in Biology from the University of Valencia, Master in Food Management and Safety from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and PhD in Food Science, Technology and Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She has worked on numerous national and international research projects related to food safety. She is currently the R&D Manager- Microbiology at Christeyns.
