Thomas Dietrich

Engineer in Biotechnology (Dipl. Ing.) from the Technical University of Berlin (Germany). Currently he works as project manager and researcher at TECNALIA in the Health and Food area. He has longstanding experiences in bioprocess development and valorisation of side and residue streams into added value food ingredients.
