Úrsula Catalán Santos
Dr. Úrsula Catalán conducted her thesis based on the search for intracellular mechanisms that explain the benefits of some nut’s extracts in the framework of arteriosclerosis. In March 2021 she joined Costa as Director of the Innovation area of R+D+i carrying out innovative new projects regarding functional plant-based beverages. She is enjoying the post-doctoral recognition 3-year contract Torres Quevedo. She also works since 2013 as an associate professor at URV.
